Clients submit design sketches or original samples. Our Hong Kong export team provides full fabric feasibility evaluations and precise tech-pack quotes within 24 hours.

Step 2

Sample Development

MOQ for Sampling: 1 PC per style. We source matching fabrics and deliver customized prototype samples along with available color swatches within 7-10 working days for your approval.

Step 3

Deposit & Production Lock

Upon signing the formal contract, a 30%-50% deposit via T/T or L/C is required. The system instantly locks raw yarn and fabric inventory to schedule bulk production.

Step 4

Bulk Manufacturing

Bulk MOQ: 100 PCS per style. Our workshop handles high-speed automated cutting and precision stitching. Track live daily progress seamlessly via our homepage feed.

Step 5

Quality Assurance

Upon bulk completion, our dedicated Hong Kong QA team inspects the workshop under strict AQL 2.5 international standards, ensuring impeccable, zero-defect output.

Step 6

Balance & Global Shipping

After the final balance is cleared, container loading is updated live. We offer reliable FOB HK/Shenzhen or CIF services, shipping cargo securely to global ports.
